Raised in Pendleton, Renee has lived in the Willamette Valley since the late 70’s. She and her husband, Ron, owned and operated a commercial printing business until he retired in 2008. Renee continues to sell printing, mailing services, web, marketing, and communication services, serving some of the same loyal clients she started with in the business. She and her husband, Ron, enjoy six children between them (plus their spouses) and twelve grandchildren. In her ‘spare’ time, she sings with a local chorus, likes gardening and reading. One of Renee’s customers shared Rotary with her and she knew she had found the place where she could serve locally, in the region, and around the world. She says, “The great friendships I have developed are a fabulous plus to the opportunity to serve.” She believes these friendships build a strong sense of community and keep clubs vibrant and effective. She served as President of the Rotary Club of Salem and as Assistant Governor to the North Salem region of our district. She is a multiple Paul Harris fellow and has sponsored 13 new members. |
