SURVEY: Help Map the Invisible Infrastructure of Resilience in Milwaukie

A resilient community is built not only on its physical infrastructure, but also on the relationships, trust, and networks of care that connect people to one another. Through a survey and mapping exercise, the city seeks to better understand the places, people, and relationships that residents rely on for support in both everyday life and times of crisis. By mapping these networks of care and trust, and the nodes of this invisible infrastructure, we can better understand the strengths that already exist in Milwaukie and identify opportunities to build a more connected, equitable, and resilient community.
